Four Oaks RV Resort Plans more renovations and expansion.Renovation plans and expansion plans bring new life to the goal of becoming a Resort1/3/11 -- Rich released plans for an additional $40,000 on top of the over $100,000 in expansion plans and upgrades this year to continue the gradual move toward becoming a true RV Resort. Plans include replacement of the office roof, Replace windows in the office building and major road improvements. Plans are to finish off three additional RV sites and the installation of a pumping station for propane. Improvements will also continue with the adjacent motel including upgrading several more rooms to PTAC units, adding microwave and refrigerators to all rooms and additional signage throughout the property and grounds. |
